Mrs. Kapstrom, a fourth generation Californian and enjoys her work at Wise as a Teaching Assistant. After being a stay at home mom and raising five children, she finished college in1997. Mrs. Kapstrom received a B.S. in Child Development from California State University, Bakersfield as well as completing the CBEST.
She has been a nanny, a director of two Infant and Toddler programs in private day care centers, and a teaching assistant at a Montessori School. Now Mrs. Kapstrom loves working with the older children. She finds it rewarding to see an idea or concept catch hold and the light bulb flash in the students’ eyes. She learns something new each day from both the students as well as the fabulous teaching staff.
