Melissa Verity was born and raised in Los Angeles. She attended the University of California Berkeley from 2004-2008 where she earned a BA degree in Sociology. After completing her undergraduate education, she worked as an Assistant Preschool Teacher for three years. In 2010 Melissa decided to go back to school to earn a Multiple Subject Elementary Teaching Credential. She attended California State University, Northridge where she completed the credentialing program. Melissa will be beginning the clearing process of her credential. She is very happy to be joining the Stephen S. Wise teaching team and is looking forward to a fabulous school year.
