Ms. Sara Herscher

Ms. Herscher was born and raised in Los Angeles. She grew up at Stephen S. Wise Temple, attending Mommy and Me through 6th grade. At Oakwood School, where she attended from 7th to 12th grade, she became very involved in their Theater Arts Program. She spent her freshmen year at the University of Wisconsin in Madison and graduated with a BA in Sociology from UC Santa Barbara. Upon graduating, she spent the summer in Tanzania, Africa, volunteering in an orphanage and helping out at the local school.

Ms. Herscher has been fortunate enough to come back to Stephen S. Wise as an adult, teaching in the Early Childhood Center and now working as a Teaching Assistant in the Elementary School. Her hobbies include snowboarding, skateboarding, acting, kickboxing, and any type of watersport. She loves to traveling and learn about different cultures.
